The first intensive 6-week Arabic type design program. Apply before 15 April 2016.

11 July–19 August, American University of Beirut, Lebanon. The program will be in English. During their process, participants will be accompanied by core instructors: Lara Captan, Kristyan Sarkis and Khajag Apelian. They will receive a one-week calligraphy workshop with master calligrapher Wissam Shawkat and a three-day Glyphs App workshop with its creator Georg Seifert. Guest critics and speakers, who have shaped the current graphic arts and Arabic type landscape in the Arab Middle-East and beyond, will also regularly visit the program.
